Der Rahmen und die Gabel sind eine\u00a0gute Basis f\u00fcr ein &#8220;<strong>Upcycling Bike<\/strong>&#8220;. Als Upcycling Bike bezeichne ich den Aufbau eines neuen Rades aus \u00fcberwiegend recycelten Altteilen.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Das Rad ist zerlegt, Schrottteile sind entsorgt. Wiederverwertbares wird gerade aufgearbeitet. Die Gabel ist beim Rahmenbauer zum anl\u00f6ten eines Cantisockels. Der Rahmen wurde chemisch entlackt, entrostet und wird n\u00e4chste Woche gepulvert. Die Durchf\u00fchrung startet sobald ausreichend Teile vorhanden\u00a0sind, es wird zum Cruiser umgebaut&#8230;. lasst euch \u00fcberraschen.<\/p>\n<p><strong><u>Rahmen<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Gemuffter Stahlrahmen aus Reynolds 531 All Terrain CroMo Stahl<\/p>\n<p><strong><u>Laufr\u00e4der <\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>26 Zoll Laufr\u00e4der mit ge\u00f6ste Weimann Felgen<\/p>\n<p><strong><u>Bereifung<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>nicht vorhanden, Im Rahmen ist Platz f\u00fcr 26&#215;2,2&#8243;<\/p>\n<p><strong><u>Bremsk\u00f6rper<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Shimano Canti<\/p>\n<p><strong><u>Kurbel<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Shimano 3-fach Alukurbel mit 5 Arme, Vierkantaufnahme. 3 Ovale Kettenbl\u00e4tter &#8211; war damals der Hype.<\/p>\n<p><strong><u>Schaltung<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Shimano, Deore MT60 und Reste von Deore LX Komponenten<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><strong>Besonderheiten<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Das Dawes Cougar war eins der ersten in Serie gefertigten MTB und im obersten Preissegment der top MTB angesiedelt. Ab Werk war der Antriebststrang des Cougar inklusiver Pedale mit der neuen Deore MT60 Komponenten Serie ausgestattet, XT Hochflanschnaben und eine concave Weimann Allufelge rundeten das Bild ab. Der breite Allulenker hat, heute unvorstellbar, eine Wandst\u00e4rke von 1,8 mm. Der absolute Hit waren die ovalen Kettenbl\u00e4tter, dies sollte zu einem runderen Tritt f\u00fchren. Mein Cougar hat vorne und hinten einen Gep\u00e4cktr\u00e4ger, allerdings sind diese Schrottreif. In dem Anl\u00f6tpunkt der Sitzstrebe ist der Herstellername eingefr\u00e4st, mein Rowona hat das auch.<\/li>\n<li><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><strong>Fehlende oder defekte Teile<\/strong><\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Was nicht? ein zweites Leben an diesem Rad erhalten Rahmen, Gabel, Kurbel, Vorderrad und ggf. die ovalen Kettenbl\u00e4tter.<\/li>\n<li>Im Lager
